Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at luxecourts.bar. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Tree Crew

Luxecourts Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent tree removal providers. It does not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, never by Luxecourts Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being matched with a provider does not mean Luxecourts Tree Service backs that provider. There is no warranty about the quality, timing, price, or results of anyone's work. There is also no promise that a provider will be open to your job in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial professional. Every tree and every yard is different. What fits one home may not fit yours, so talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any cost figure on this site is a typical U.S. range. It is not a quote. Real prices shift with the job, your location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before work begins.

About Insurance

What you read here about insurance is general. Luxecourts Tree Service cannot say whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. For questions about your coverage, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, dropping wood, and weakened buildings. Please do not take risks. Keep well away from downed lines and report them to your utility company. If a life or safety is at risk, reach local emergency services first.

How Luxecourts Tree Service Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Luxecourts Tree Service when it connects them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

Effort goes into keeping this site correct and up to date. Even so, there is no warranty that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
