How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Luxecourts Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Luxecourts Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Something on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider you were matched with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went poorly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record of what you said and when.

Please still tell us too. What you share helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. One thing to know: Luxecourts Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@luxecourts.bar and try to include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

You will get an email confirming we received your complaint. Then the matter is reviewed. That can include reaching out to the provider. After that, you will get a reply explaining what was found and any steps being taken.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not sit right with you, answer it and ask for a second look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
